As part of the energy audit, the following services will be included:

  • Thermal imaging: Detecting heat loss in your building, one of the biggest contributors to energy costs for many UK businesses.
  • Sustainability advice: Practical support to enhance energy efficiency, manage water consumption, reduce waste, and address other sustainability challenges.
  • Renewable energy support: Expert advice on renewable energy solutions tailored to your business needs.
  • Step-by-step plans: From simple behavioural changes to larger-scale upgrades, we provide clear short, medium, and long-term recommendations to improve efficiency.

We’ll provide a detailed evaluation of your building’s energy usage, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing a customised decarbonisation strategy. By delivering measurable results, we can help your organisation save money, minimise its environmental impact, and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

Our Energy Audits

Our audits are designed to provide comprehensive support in key areas, including:

  • Evaluating your energy usage and carbon footprint to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Offering detailed recommendations for enhancing energy efficiency, such as improvements to building fabric.
  • Advising on decarbonisation strategies and optimising your heating system for greater efficiency.
  • Exploring options for integrating renewable energy solutions into your business operations.

During the audit we take readings of your building, looking at the heating system and potential areas of heat loss. As part of our standard audits, we include an in-depth analysis of your current energy spend and consumption. To carry this out effectively, we’ll need access to your energy meter, and at least 12 months of energy bills, along with details of your current tariffs, contract durations, and the Council’s energy procurement process for contract renewals.
