Cornwall Health & Climate Resilience Network
Cornwall Health & Climate Resilience Network: Volunteer Cornwall’s Climate Resilience Team is working with general practices, dentists, opthalmologists, and community pharmacies on all things climate and nature resilience! Check out their progress report: Atlas
Cornwall VSF Climate and Environment Alliance
Formed in 2023, the Cornwall VSF Climate and Environment Alliance brings together a growing network of 60+ organisations across Cornwall. Primarily made up of voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) groups rooted in local communities, they working on issues including carbon reduction, energy, and nature recovery – alongside larger organisations delivering Cornwall-wide environmental projects. The alliance also includes a small number of public sector partners, ensuring a strong VCSE majority. This diverse membership allows open, powerful and collaborative discussion and movement on objectives, enabling direct engagement between communities and policymakers, supporting effective action on climate and environmental goals.
Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum (VSF) is a charity that exists to connect, support and promote the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Cornwall VSF convenes thematic and strategic alliances, enabling and ensuring VCSE voice and representation is loud across local government, NHS and police, and provides funding, training and development and support.

REACT
Roseland Environment Action Community Team (REACT) is an organisation promoting sustainable development to mitigate the effects of climate change, and inform and educate the community about sustainability and protection of the environment. REACT are looking at ways to reduce our communities’ reliance on fossil fuels – being very aware of the impact of increasing energy costs on the cost of living. We’re working with REACT on community energy generation for the Roseland Community Energy Scheme study.
Stoke Climsland Carbon Zero Homes Project
Stoke Climsland Carbon Zero Homes Project: The project’s broad aim is to support householders with saving energy to run a home, is referred to as ‘retrofitting’. The project raises awareness, informs and educates about retrofit as a comprehensive approach to improving the energy efficiency of a property, encouraging retrofit activity and supporting households onto and through the retrofit pathway.
