Volunteer Cornwall Climate Action Plan
Manda Brookman, who is one of our Trustees and the Climate and Ecological Emergency Lead with Volunteer Cornwall, has produced a short film ‘The Time is Now’.
“The climate and ecological crises are getting louder and louder and we know that those in our communities in Cornwall, here and afar, who are in any way vulnerable, are hit first and worst by these crises.” Manda Brookman.
This short film features contributions from some of the Voluntary and Community Sector leaders in Cornwall to see what they think, feel and find out what action is starting to be taken, including:
- Kenny Raybould, Horticulturalist at Battling On;
- Callum Deveney, Head of Nature Reserves at Cornwall Wildlife Trust;
- Carolyn Cadman, CEO of Cornwall Wildlife Trust (2018 – 2022);
- Tim Jones, CEO at Community Energy Plus;
- Sara Marsh, CEO at Treverbyn Hall (2013 – 2022)
- Tarn Lamb, CEO at Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change
