We’re pleased to welcome Jon Vidler to our team!
Jon joined us in March as our Low Carbon Energy Officer and is working on the lottery-funded Resilient Bude project, supporting the Bude Climate Partnership which is a group of local environmental and community organisations working together to develop positive community-led climate change responses throughout the wider Bude area. The project aims to build climate resilience and reduce energy use and carbon emissions across the Bude area. It will galvanise every resident, business and visitor across all communities to build resilience against the impact of climate chage.
Jon will also support our Sustainable Homes Team, helping people make the transition to low carbon technologies.
Hugh Parkinson is our Business Energy Adviser!
As Business Energy Adviser, Hugh works on a range of projects to promote energy efficiency and the transition to a low carbon economy across Cornwall, reaching out to SMEs across the whole of Cornwall. Since 2018, Hugh’s been with us as a qualified Energy Adviser, working on several projects focused on householders and frontline workers.
